My approach is all about seeing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—not just focusing on one aspect of your life. Traditional therapy often looks at the mental and emotional side of things, but with holistic care, we dive deeper. Together, we work on how trauma has affected your entire system, not just your thoughts. I bring in practices like somatic healing, yoga therapy, and even energy work because I believe true healing comes from addressing all parts of you, not just the mind. Please note: I am not a licensed therapist. My services are intended to complement, not replace, professional mental health care

Every person is different, and I fully believe in meeting you exactly where you are. Whether you show up looking for coaching, healing, or deeper therapy, I use intuitive collaboration to guide our process. We’ll work together to understand what you’re really needing in the moment, and that could look different every session. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach—it’s completely shaped around what you’re bringing to the table, and we adapt as we go.

You’re already doing so much self-awareness work, which means our sessions are about going deeper and creating sustainable change. You’ll start to feel more connected to yourself, your purpose, and your inner strength. We’ll work to release old patterns, help you feel more at peace, and build a sense of clarity and direction moving forward. The results are about healing at a core level, so you’ll notice a shift not just mentally but in your day-to-day life as well.

I get that finances can be a big concern when you're seeking support, and I want to acknowledge that it's a very real part of the healing journey. I know firsthand how important it is to find someone you trust to guide you, and I want to be as transparent as I can about how I structure my fees.
Over the past 15+ years in the fields of spiritual guidance, mental health, and yoga, I have offered sliding scale or discounted rates, especially in the early stages of my career. Honestly, those options made a lot of sense at the time. I was building my experience, and I was also at a point in my own life where I deeply needed support—just like you may be now. I remember how grateful I was in those early years when practitioners offered sliding scale rates. It allowed me to get the help I needed, and I’ll always have immense gratitude for those who made it possible for me to receive that support.
However, after many years of working with incredible clients and continuing to invest in my own personal and professional growth, I no longer offer discounted rates. Here's why:
1. The Value of My Work:
The work I offer hasn’t changed. What I bring to the table now is built on years of experience, study, and personal healing. The value of that is constant. Like any other professional—whether a doctor, therapist, or teacher—the energy, time, and dedication I invest in this work has a clear value. I truly believe that when we're ready to do this work, the resources show up. I can't tell you how many times I've asked for funds towards my own healing—whether for therapy, trainings, or certifications—as gifts for birthdays or holidays. What I offer is an exchange of energy. By honoring my rates, you’re also honoring the energy and transformation we’re going to create together.2. The Energy and Labor Involved:
Being a practitioner isn’t just about the work I do during our sessions. It’s the thousands of hours I’ve spent on my own personal growth, healing, and ongoing education that fuel everything I offer. This work takes a huge amount of energetic, emotional, and physical investment from me. I show up fully present, grounded, and engaged, and I want to give you the best of me. My rates reflect the years of hard work and dedication that have brought me to this point.3. Respecting the Healing Process:
I get it—money can be tight, and I don’t take that lightly. But from my own experience, I’ve learned that when we’re truly committed to our healing, the resources we need tend to show up. This isn’t just about paying for a service; it’s about investing in yourself, your growth, and your transformation. When we exchange energy, we both get to be part of the process. If I were to offer a discount, it would be like discounting my own energy—and just like you, I have bills to pay. More importantly, I've learned that boundaries around money actually support the integrity of the work we do together. It allows us both to be fully invested.I hope you understand that my decision not to offer discounts comes from a place of deep respect for both my own journey and the value of what I provide. If what I offer resonates with you, I trust that the investment will align with where you are in your healing process. I'm here to support you in any way that feels right for you, and I look forward to walking alongside you on your path.
