spiritual healing

You want to be present for the good things in life, but instead, you’re overwhelmed by everything that feels like too much.

Maybe you’ve worked with other practitioners who just didn’t get it—maybe they even made you feel misunderstood or betrayed.

Or perhaps you’ve had experiences that you can’t talk about because you’re afraid people will think you’re crazy.

REIKI. YOGA. CHANTING. BREATHWORK. SPIRIT GUIDES. THERAPY .

been there. done that.

These practices can open doors—but they don’t always teach you how to live on the other side of them.

You deserve to feel truly seen and heard.

Spiritual healing is a lived practice of remembering how to be in relationship—with the body, the unseen, and the living world. Drawing from animism, shamanic lineages, and Body Deva work, this approach treats the body not as something to fix, but as a conscious ally in healing.

This is not talk therapy.

It is experiential and practical, offering tools you can carry into daily life. Through guided inquiry and direct engagement, clients learn to trust their inner knowing, work with what arises, and build a new foundation rooted in presence rather than survival. The result is a deeper sense of grounding, agency, and spiritual integrity.

Nicole Anzaldua

I work with energetically sensitive people (empaths, intuitives, and psychically perceptive individuals) who are overwhelmed by what they feel and perceive.

In reality, highly sensitive and empathic people are often receiving more information than they were ever taught how to manage or make sense of.

This work doesn’t make you more sensitive or reactive. Instead, it helps you understand what’s happening in real time, recognize which energies and emotions belong to you, and respond rather than absorb. You’ll learn how to stay grounded in your own body and life while remaining perceptive, turning sensitivity from a source of overwhelm into a practical skill.

As a spiritual guide, I work at the intersection of body, mind, and spirit, helping people find clarity in the messiness of being human. I support sensitive, intuitive, and self-aware individuals who are done with one-size-fits-all solutions and want to feel genuinely seen—not managed or analyzed.

This work is about learning to relate to yourself differently: more honestly, more kindly, and with more choice and agency.

In sessions, we slow down enough to really listen—to your body’s signals, to the grief or tension beneath anxiety, and to patterns that keep repeating. We don’t push through stuck places. Instead, we explore how they formed, what they’ve been protecting, and what’s ready to shift now.
